Directions
Tea: Mix the bag of herbs in 4 qts. distilled water. Boil for 15 minutes, remove from heat and cover. Steep for 10 minutes. Strain and put in refrigerator. Take 3 ounces 3 times daily before meals. Cook only in stainless steel, Corningware or glass. X-40: Take 2 capsules 3 times a day. 90-22 [Retro x (vira)]: Take 25 drops 3 times daily in 2 oz. of distilled water. Aloe Vera: Take 1 teaspoon in a small glass of water 3 times daily after taking the X-40 capsules.
